Snowbell Restaurant Management was founded in 2013 with the opening of prominent brand restaurants in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Our core philosophy revolves around creating memorable experiences through food by interspersing flavors from the old and new.
We have partnered with acclaimed multi-national restaurant brand Sugar Factory and also pioneered home-grown concepts such as Peppermill and Ming’s Chamber with the idea of creating unique culinary experiences from around the world. Along with this, Snowbel has established cloud kitchens such as Pizza Spot, By the wok and By the Biryani.
Through strategic acquisitions and mergers, Snowbell has grown to over 12 locations in the UAE and has ongoing plans of continual expansion across GCC. It has multiple partnerships and plans under development.
